This department handles every type of employee related benefit, pay package, hiring, termination, recruiting, safety and trainings.

Sales and Planning:
This is one function in our office as we want to insure that our sales people are inevitably responsible for performing what we have promised. This department books all loads, sets up all customers, and procures and assigns the best equipment to handle the job.

Logistics:
This department helps you choose the best way to ship your product effectively, they may or may not use company equipment.

Driver Managers:
This department is known as “dispatch”, this department not only dispatches drivers, they also provide resources to help all drivers be successful as employees and to succeed with every shipment they haul. Driver Managers are the life line to the company for all drivers, the actually manage their fleets in many various fields.

Fleet Maintenance:
This department handles everything from specing new equipment, maintaining current equipment, and research and develop of new equipment or pieces to cut operating expense. This department procures all parts and tires.
